Technical Lead

FMRI is seizing the potential of new and emerging technologies to deliver a generational transformation in the capabilities that are provided to the UK marine science community. To support this, we are looking for a Technical Lead. Someone who can pick up and run with a technical development roadmap that links marine science requirements with technological developments that are sprinting ahead. Someone who can explore how the digital ecosystem is shifting the operating environment and why coherent and complementary capabilities will be increasingly important. Someone who can deliver a different way of doing things.

Communications Manager

We are also looking for a Communications Manager to join the Programme Office. Someone who can integrate the vision for FMRI with the preferences of stakeholders to develop clear and compelling messaging for the programme. Someone who can craft a persuasive narrative that builds momentum and support for the transformation. Someone who can articulate the value of what we are seeking to accomplish.
