The SRO owns the business case and is accountable for the programme meeting its objectives, delivering the expected outcomes and realizing the required benefits.

The PgD is responsible for the day-to-day management of the programme and for managing the relationships required to successfully scope and execute the activity of the programme.

The Lead Scientist facilitates the conversation with the science community to help shape the programme.

The Business Case Lead is responsible for the planning, production and delivery of the FMRI business case on behalf of the SRO.
